floating sky city
unnamed (as of yet) order of mages is constantly casting on the city to keep it afloat
originally constructed ~100 years ago when the gods first descended and began granting wings. built in cooperation by all the races as a city of peace, virtue, and justice; a symbol of their new fellowship with the gods and each other. has since been corrupted: wing crime trials are held here, and they have discovered a way to take away someone's wings as a punishment for their crimes.
impossible to reach, except by flying -- those without wings CAN be carried there by a god or those with wings, however.
